AI runs my hiring pipeline in Greenhouse

I connected Claude to our ATS (Greenhouse MCP), and it does more than referring a friend:

1. Slack alert when a certain persona applies (e.g. ex-Monday or Wix) 2. Find candidates stuck in the same stage for over a week 3. Interview prep: questions built from the CV vs. the job requirements 4. Summarize all the scorecards: where interviewers agree and where they don't

Using Workable or Ashby? The same works there.
