Who I am

AI Adopt is run by Pavel Bely, based in Israel. If you have any question about your data, write to pavel@aiadopt.co.

What I collect

  • AI audit form: your name and email, plus anything optional you add — phone or WhatsApp number, business name or website, and what eats most of your time.
  • Email sign-up: your email address.
  • Usage analytics: pages viewed, clicks, device and browser type, approximate location, and session recordings of how the site is used. Form fields are not typed into recordings in plain text.

Why

  • To reply to your audit request and run the audit you asked for.
  • To send you the emails you signed up for. Reply or email me any time to unsubscribe.
  • To see which pages help people and fix the ones that don't.

Where it goes

I don't sell your data or share it with advertisers. It is stored with these providers:

  • Google (Sheets and Gmail) — audit requests and sign-ups are saved to a private spreadsheet and emailed to me.
  • PostHog (US) — product analytics and session recordings. When you submit the audit form, your visit is linked to the email you entered.
  • Vercel — hosts the site and keeps standard server logs and privacy-friendly page analytics.
  • YouTube — videos on the blog are YouTube embeds; YouTube may set its own cookies when you play one.
  • Brevo — delivers email sent from pavel@aiadopt.co.

How long I keep it

Audit requests and sign-ups are kept while we're in touch, and deleted on request. Analytics data is kept under PostHog's standard retention.

Your choices

  • Email pavel@aiadopt.coto see, correct or delete what I hold about you. I'll do it within 30 days.
  • To stop analytics in your browser, open any page with ?ph_optout=1 added to the address. It stays off in that browser until you clear site data.
